Ind Ram C: Induction Furnace Ramming Mass made from Dead Burnt Magnesite in association with Chrome and other Chemical Binders. |
Patching Mass: Material is designed for repairing the cracks and erosion that occurs in lining during usage. |
Coil Coat: Special mix manufactured from dead burnt magnesite powder with high purity additives to protect coils of the induction furnace. Use as insulation to coil in high/medium frequency induction furnaces. |
Silica Ramming Mass: Induction Furnace Ramming Mass made from Silica Material with high purity additives. |
Lad Ram: This Magnesite base Laddle ramming mass with high refractory ness and having very good strength. Being a dense material and having high thermal conductivity it takes less preheating time thus saving precious fuel/time. Ladle/Hand Shank lined with Lad Ram gives much more life than ordinary material. |
Back Fill Mass: Magnesia-Based dry refractory mixes designed for use as back fill behind AOD vessel walls and bottoms. When used as a parting layer between working and safety lining brick, Back fill mass resists metal penetration, protecting the safety lining, and makes tear out of the working lining easier. |
Nozzle Filling Compound: This Material used for filling in the well of the slide gate well Block. Various Grades of Nozzle filling made depending upon types of steel manufactured and holding time of ladle and the temperature of the melt.. |
